By accessing or using LarpMax ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use LarpMax.

2. Description of Service

LarpMax is an independent entertainment application. The App allows users to display customised balance figures and portfolio views for entertainment and personal use only. No real financial transactions, investments, or currency exchanges take place within the App.

LarpMax is not a financial product, investment platform, cryptocurrency exchange, or banking service of any kind.

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

LarpMax offers the following access plans:

• Starter — $25 for 7 days of access
• Pro — $90 for 30 days of access
• Max — $270 for lifetime access

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms. Access is granted upon confirmation of payment.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use LarpMax solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to deceive, defraud, or mislead any third party
• Use displayed balances to obtain loans, credit, or financial products
• Represent App-generated figures as real financial data to any institution or individual
• Reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and materials within LarpMax are the exclusive property of LarpMax and its operators. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LarpMax is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LarpMax and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LarpMax at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
